How many stories is 185 feet -- looks like 18 or 19, right? How many stories is the Cambria hotel -- far fewer, right? One thing I've been trying to understand better is why some areas with tall buildings feel alive with pedestrian traffic, while others (e.g., the streets inside Alewife) feel completely dead.

Last, what are the chances that the tracks can eventually be enlarged to accommodate Green Line trains, extending from Union Square?
